It all started with Anthony's grandmother's kitchen — the smell of hand-tossed dough, fresh San Marzano tomatoes, and the unmistakable char of a coal-fired oven. Anthony grew up watching pizza made the right way: slow, intentional, and with love baked into every layer.
In 2003, Anthony opened his first pizzeria at 851 S Federal Hwy in Boca Raton, FL — a modest space with big dreams and a 900°F coal-fired oven imported straight from Naples. Word spread quickly. The neighborhood fell in love with the blistered crust, the smoky undertones, and a menu that honored Italian tradition while embracing South Florida soul.
Today, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is a landmark — a gathering place for families, pizza lovers, and anyone who believes great food deserves great company. Every pie we craft carries that same passion from the very first day.
